DESIGN FAQ

The minimum time for graphic design starts at 4 hours. Simply put, there is no way to put the thought into a quality design in less time than this.

The minimum time for graphic design starts at 25 hours.

There are many factors involved in design fees such as usage, scope of work, complexity of work, etc. The rate is $40 per hour.

We ask for 1/2 the design estimate up front and 1/2 when the project is complete.

As a rule, no. The works created by BPS fall under the ownership of BPS and we reserve the rights to them. In some instances, a flattened image may be released, however, no layered files will be released to a client. In rare instances, files may be released to the customer.

You will. However, we realize that design can be a very subjective process. Working with the client to achieve a design they are happy with is our ultimate goal. If the client has a good idea, we use it. With that said, the work we produce reflects us as a company, and it is just as important for us to be happy with it as the our clients. We do not feel it is good for our company to produce work that does not meet our standards. In the unforeseen event that a client and BPS could not come to an agreement on a design project, one half of the up-front fee will be refunded.

It really depends on what is being created. A timeline will be presented in the initial proposal. The timeline is subject to change due to the response time of the client, etc.
